I grew up in Norwalk and went through these schools. My four children are in them now. And I spend my working days with the young people and families this district serves.

why I’m running
“I know firsthand what it means to advocate for your child.”
My wife and I are raising our four children in Norwalk, and all four of our children receive special education services in NLMUSD. I know firsthand what it means to advocate for your child and to want to know that they are safe, supported, heard, and given every opportunity to succeed.
I am running to bring a parent’s perspective to the School Board and to provide leadership that is present, accessible, and accountable to the people it serves.

He grew up in Norwalk and went through its schools: John H. Nuffer Elementary, Loretta Lampton Elementary, then Norwalk High.

He and his wife are now raising four children in the same district. All four receive special education services, so he has spent years learning how to speak up for them.

Working with young people and families
As Youth Coordinator at The Gateway Project, he works with youth and parents through youth development, parent engagement, restorative practices and Parent Empowerment Circles. He has served as PTA President and Vice President, sits on a School Site Council, and chairs the Norwalk Parks and Recreation Commission.
